The kitchen is open to the living room and is fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, Senseo coffee maker, etc.). Finally, the living room with its sofa also has a coffee table, a TV with WIFI and a dining table with 2 chairs.
You will be able to park for free in the La Rochelle Parks (Chemin des Remparts at 10 minutes walk from the apartment) or take advantage of the paid parking spaces from Monday to Saturday, from 9am to 12pm and from 2pm to 6pm in the streets adjacent to the apartment.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the residence, without elevator.
As the area is pedestrianized, it will not be possible to reach the apartment by car.
